The service

BulkSafe helps authorized Shopify merchants preview and apply catalog changes and restore saved values. You must have permission to manage the store. You remain responsible for reviewing the selection and proposed values and for ensuring prices and promotions comply with the rules applicable to your business.

Catalog changes and restoration

Confirmation authorizes the displayed operation. A schedule uses the selection and values saved in its preview; it does not automatically include newly added matching products. Shopify availability and catalog size affect execution time. We report partial failures and skip detected conflicts. Concurrent edits by another app or user between our final check and Shopify’s write may not be detectable because Shopify does not offer conditional writes for these fields. Coordinate overlapping edits and maintain appropriate independent backups.

Restoration is available for confirmed changes while their history is retained. It may be unavailable for deleted products, unconfirmed writes or newer conflicting changes. Uninstalling the app prevents future execution and automatic restoration.

Plans and billing

Available paid plans and any trials are approved and billed through Shopify. The plan selection page shows the applicable charge. Plan limits count distinct products changed in one operation, including their variants, with no monthly edit quota. Manual undo is included on every plan. Each operation supports up to 50,000 variant or field changes; paired sale-price changes count as one variant change. No automatic overage fees apply. Manage subscriptions through Shopify.

Acceptable use and support

Do not bypass access controls, attempt to access another store’s information or disrupt the service. Use the support page for assistance and include an operation reference when appropriate. Availability and support response times are not guaranteed unless separately agreed.

Limitations and mandatory rights

The service cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular commercial outcome. These terms do not exclude rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Termination and privacy

You may stop using the service and uninstall it through Shopify. Uninstallation stops pending work; it does not automatically reverse edits already applied. Data processing and deletion are described in the privacy policy.
